By: JohnYou are what you eat.  Prepare to meet your maker!  From the ocean to the orchard, a picturesque waterfront meander ending at 3pm as the market begins Wednesday in Thornton Park, Station Street (Pacific Central, VIA Rail Station).  Bring as much cash as you want to spend at market on fresh locally grown organic produce.  Bring pannier, bag or basket to carry your swag home.

By: Eddie RothschildWe will be riding from Kits Beach to the Capilano River – riding over the Burrard Bridge, through Stanley Park and over the Lion's Gate to Ambleside Park, where we will meet members of the Vancouver Kayak Club. We will ride up to the hatchery, where new boaters that have already practiced rolling can work on their moving-water skills (VKC membership required) while experienced boaters have the choice of helping out with training or running the river and non-paddlers can watch the entry rapids, tour the hatchery and walk along the riverside trails. Extra boats and gear may be available.

Since we sleep on others' couches, we will ride in pajamas! Travellers and locals are all welcome. Bring your own picnic food and plate/cutlery (and maybe more to share, entertainment?!) It's a full moon night as well, hopefully the weather cooperates so we can enjoy the sunset and full moon.

Bonus points for sourcing from a place that uses recyclable containers. After we've eaten and digested we can go for a bike ride somewhere, like 3rd Beach or something similar.

On June 16th, 2011 a group of elevated individuals will bike the Sea Wall during the entirety of the album which is 1 hour and 21 minutes.   It will be a full moon this night but all sorts of trippy lights are appreciated to keep everyone comfortably numb.Is there anybody out there who wants to come? I will bring the boys back home or we will all be waiting for the worms.

Everyday hundreds, thousands of disposable, single-use coffee cups leave stores all around the city and beyond, yet most of these cups have a functional service life of less than an hour! Many of these cups end up littering our streets and parks. We invite you to a civic-minded ride for awareness, documentation and remediation.   Suggested implements may include a digital camera, rubber gloves, recycled plastic bags, community spirit. Leave the Toast Collective at 8:35pm and try to beat the sun to the Ocean. An epic race pitting the almighty sun to scrawny humans on metal steeds. After a quick dip in the Pacific, we can share some brews, treats and stories on the beach.
